In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on sby77.app, all of which are incorporated by reference.
• "Account" means the individual user account registered on sby77.app through which the User accesses betting, casino, and related services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive awards credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which sby77 verifies a User's identity, age, and residency as required by this Agreement.
• "Platform" means the sby77 website accessible at sby77.app, including any associated mobile progressive web application (PWA), sub-domains, and related services.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, live dealer, slot, Dragon Tiger, Slot Tournament, and any other gaming or wagering services made available through the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, wager, bonus redemption, or inter-wallet transfer processed through a User's Account.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who registers an Account on sby77.app or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone referenced for customer support hours, withdrawal processing windows, and promotional schedules on the Platform.

Use of the sby77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sby77 operates as a strictly adults-only (21+) platform. Registration by any individual under the age of 21 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and throughout the period of active Account use.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded individual on sby77's internal self-exclusion register or on any third-party responsible gaming register to which sby77 subscribes.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of sby77 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You must not be accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy service, or any other tool designed to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

sby77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC verification process, and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to sby77's reasonable satisfaction.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on sby77.app. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Your date of birth
• Your current residential address in Indonesia (province, city, postal code)
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number
• Your nominated bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja)

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at sby77's discretion at any other time, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP, or valid passport)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bank statement front page or e-wallet screenshot showing account name and number)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. sby77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your username and password. You must notify sby77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

All financial transactions on the sby77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sby77 does not apply any currency conversion fees. The following transaction limits and processing parameters apply:

Withdrawals outside business hours (22:00–08:00 WIB) are queued and processed in order from 08:00 WIB the following day. sby77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your nominated bank account or e-wallet must exactly match the name on your verified sby77 Account.

sby77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. Such checks may extend processing times. Withdrawals requested before applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied will be declined until those requirements are met.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your Account, sby77 reserves the right to correct the balance without prior notice.

sby77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Multiplier") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The Wagering Multiplier applicable to each individual bonus is stated on the relevant bonus terms page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 50%). Contribution rates are published in the individual bonus terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry window from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements not completed within the stated time limit will be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies (typically Rp 50.000 per bet/spin or as otherwise stated). Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Abuse: sby77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, collusion between multiple accounts, use of bots or automated software, and exploitation of promotional mechanics beyond their intended purpose. Where abuse is detected, sby77 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and permanently suspend the Account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a User's Account simultaneously. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.

sby77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively alter the terms applicable to a bonus already credited to a User's Account.

By placing any wager or participating in any game on the sby77 Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. sby77 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted under specific product rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during an active game round or bet settlement, sby77's decision on the outcome — based on server-side logs — is final and binding.
• sby77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted (a "post-event bet"), whether through technical error, data feed delay, or User exploitation.
• Maximum win limits may apply to specific game types, tournaments, or promotional periods. Where applicable, maximum win caps are published in the relevant product rules section.
• All casino games are supplied by certified third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) and operate on independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. sby77 does not control game outcomes.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager, regardless of any subsequent movement.
• For football betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF — standard sportsbook market rules apply as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sby77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Users, platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after using the deposited funds on the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law, using VPN or proxy tools to mask such access
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening sby77 staff, support agents, or other users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems

All content on the sby77 Platform — including but not limited to the sby77 brand name, logo, visual design, website code, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sby77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from sby77
• Use the sby77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to sby77 for display on the Platform.

sby77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at sby77.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection commitments include:

• All data transmitted between your device and sby77's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.
• Personal and financial data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorised sby77 personnel and verified third-party processors (e.g., payment gateway providers and KYC verification services) on a strict need-to-know basis.
• sby77 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by sby77 at any time by contacting [email protected].

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sby77's total aggregate liability to any User — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sby77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party provider outages, internet service disruptions, or events of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or widespread power outages)
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials or from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your own negligence
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by banking institution processing times, public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day), or technical delays beyond sby77's reasonable control
• Any decisions, outcomes, or results generated by third-party game RNG systems, live dealer operations, or sportsbook data providers

Nothing in this clause limits sby77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

sby77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as described in Clause 7
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools or support channel
• Receipt of a valid law enforcement or regulatory authority request
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (a Rp 5.000 monthly administrative fee may be deducted from dormant Account balances after the 12-month period, in accordance with the Dormant Account Policy published on the Platform)

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than confirmed fraud, verified real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding verification procedures.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the sby77 support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

sby77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change to the Agreement is made, sby77 will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

The current version of this Agreement, including the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, is always the version that governs your use of the Platform. We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sby77 holds its operating licence and is incorporated.

Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage Users to first contact the sby77 support team directly via live chat or email at [email protected]. The majority of account, payment, and bonus disputes are resolved at this stage within 1–5 business days.

Formal Dispute Process: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to sby77's formal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". sby77 will provide a written response within 14 calendar days.

Arbitration: If a dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
